Austin Takes the Lead! (Dallas came in #2)According to Relocation.com, Austin wins as the “Top Cities for a Fresh Start” with Dallas coming in second. Cities were ranked in terms of volunteerism, housing affordability, economic growth and their own data in of where people where moving to.
